WOXAL is a performance marketing agency operated by Daniel Valencia Sartor. This page explains what happens to information when you visit woxalagency.com or book a call with us.

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal information on its own pages. Information reaches us in two ways:

• When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you give Cal.com your name, email address, time zone and anything you type into the booking form, and they pass it to us so we can meet you.
• When you email us. If you write to daniel@woxalagency.com we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Third parties involved

• Cal.com handles scheduling. Their privacy policy governs what they collect through the booking widget.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests files from Google and Google can see your IP address.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser details.

What we do with it

We use what you give us to reply to you, run the call you booked, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers listed above who help us operate.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to daniel@woxalagency.com and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
